Current Hours
From the NYC-Department of Parks Website:
- The West Drive (Southbound) is OPEN to motorists during the following hours ONLY:
Monday through Friday (except holidays), 5 - 7 p.m.
- The East Drive (Northbound) is OPEN to motorists during the following hours ONLY:
Monday through Friday (except holidays), 7 - 9 a.m. & 5 - 7 p.m.
- The Park Drive is closed to motorists at all other times.
