By the time congestion pricing comes before legislators again, we need them to have heard from hundreds of their constituents who express their support for pricing and iterate the need for traffic relief. In this matter, nothing is more effective than a handwritten letter. Every letter is worth a dozen emails, and is the best way to convince your representatives that they should not let another year go by without acting on this critical policy. Remember, letters don’t have to be long to make an impact.
